The primary design challenge here was to accommodate this Heavy Industry in an irregular linear plot with a comparatively small frontage. A large span RCC Structure is proposed in front of the PEB industrial structure to house the administrative office, cafeteria & suite room @ upper level allowing a free movement of heavy vehicles below carrying raw materials & finished goods.
